Founded by Prashant N Pandit in 2014, the foundation was laid way back in 1995. It was during the initial days of working career that this idea of setting up a Financial Services firm germinated. After serving for almost 30 years in corporate environment, this idea of VRIDDHEE found fruition.

Journey of corporate job started soon after completion of articleship in a renowned firm of the 1980s & 90s. During this, our founder Prashant Pandit, came across individuals who had different approach of what they did with their paycheck. This became the cornerstone of financial planning.

Initially, the planning was applied to self and then was shared as suggestion to other colleagues who were first hesitant to implement, but on seeing the results were very happy. This was the first baby step in financial planning.

In 1995, when Mutual Fund was just UTI, Alliance Capital came to India to set up shop. Sensing an opportunity, our founder immediately signed up as a distributor for selling/marketing Alliance Capital Mutual Fund schemes. As with salary planning, so with Mutual Fund investment; our CEO started with committing his own funds first. Thus began the journey.

While still in service, our CEO thought about adding Life Insurance as an offering, in its basket of financial products. Before 1995 there was no strict regulation to selling Life Insurance & Mutual Funds. Subsequently licensing was introduced by clearing exams conducted by IRDA and AMFI.

With these licenses in place, transition from an employee in corporate world to being an entrepreneur was sealed. So in 2014, VRIDDHEE FINANCIAL SERVICES took shape with a MISSION to educate people about various financial products available alongwith benefits and risks involved with each of these products. This coupled with providing need based financial solution to every client depending on their age & risk profile became the MISSION statement.

VRIDDHEE FINANCIAL SERVICES has a VISION to be among the top financial services firm and to possibly list on Stock Exchange for benefit of people at large. It also has a VISION to someday foray into Micro Financing and cater to strata of the population for whom money lenders are the only source of finance.

Today VRIDDHEE caters to more than 150 individuals & firms and helps them in their financial planning.
